Contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait penser , les tapis Beloutchy ne proviennent pas réellement du Baloutchistan, Province du sud Est de l'Iran.
Contrary to what one may think, the Beloutche rugs do not really originate from Baloutchistan, a province located in the south-east of Iran.

 Ils sont fabriqués dans la partie orientale du Khorasan et dans un vaste territoire de l'Afghanistan occidental, le long de la frontière perse.
They are manufactured in the Eastern part of Khorasan and in a vast territory of Western Afghanistan, along the Persian border.

Les beloutchy sont surtout noués par des nomades , la plupart sont fabriqués par des tribus de la peuplade des Beloutches.
The beloutche rugs are mainly tied by nomads. The majority of them are manufactured by ethnic groups of the Beloutche tribe
